Right of withdrawal
Information for consumer clients where a distance contract is concluded.
Principle
Where an individual acts as a consumer and concludes a distance service contract, they generally have fourteen days from conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. Submitting the questionnaire alone forms no contract and triggers no payment.
Early performance
If a consumer expressly asks for service to begin before the period ends, VELNORA records that request on a durable medium. Withdrawal after authorised commencement may require proportionate payment for work supplied before notice. If the service was fully performed with express agreement and acknowledgement of loss of the right, withdrawal may no longer be available as law provides.
Exercising the right
Send a clear statement to support@velnorasoftware.tech or by post to 104 Rue du Château de la Duchère, 69009 Lyon, France, stating name, contact details, contract reference, conclusion date and the unambiguous decision to withdraw. Dispatch before the deadline is sufficient.

“To VELNORA TECHNOLOGIES — support@velnorasoftware.tech. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [description]. Contract concluded on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if sent on paper.”
Refund
Amounts due for refund are returned within the period and by the method required under applicable law, less any proportionate amount due for expressly requested early performance.
