Information collected
Forms may collect name, contact details, client type, country, organisation, language, considered services, project description, users, current systems, budget, timing and message. The host may record minimal technical data for security and operation. No sensitive document is requested through the public form.
Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to respond, qualify a project, prepare a proposal, prevent abuse and keep evidence of communication. Processing relies as applicable on requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in managing requests and website security, and legal obligations after a contract is formed.
Recipients and providers
Access is limited to authorised VELNORA personnel and providers needed for forms, hosting, email or technical support. They receive only what their role requires. Netlify may process technical and form data under its own commitments.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where relevant, VELNORA relies on a GDPR-recognised mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, according to provider information.
Retention
An unconverted enquiry may be retained for up to three years after last contact for commercial follow-up and evidence, subject to a justified objection. Contract, invoice or dispute information is retained for applicable legal periods. Technical logs are retained for a period proportionate to security.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and, where conditions apply, portability. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting prior processing. Write to the email above; proportionate identity evidence may be requested where there is reasonable doubt. You may also complain to the CNIL.
Security and sensitive content
Reasonable access-control and minimisation measures are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Never submit passwords, API keys, identity documents, medical, banking or other sensitive information through these forms.
Automated decisions
Forms make no automated contractual decision. Every request may be reviewed by a person and may be declined or require more information.
